Helix Personas – Easy To Append:

Helix Personas has been matched to every street address in the country. Therefore this is all we need to append Helix in a couple of easy steps.

• Helix Personas clients securely transmit their customer data to us in an excel file. This data needs to include a unique customer ID and associated street address.
• Roy Morgan then applies a Helix Personas code based on the customers’ street address directly into the excel file.   
• The process takes 2-3 business days.
• Our clients securely receive the data file with the Helix Personas codes and integrate them into their CRM. They use the Helix Personas variable to analyse with internal metrics, understand key audiences, operationalise communications campaign and evaluate initiatives.

Roy Morgan adheres to strict procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality of directly collected or third party data. Roy Morgan utilizes:-

• Secure FTP servers, allowing data to be encrypted as it is transmitted over the Internet.
• Password protection - only personnel authorised to work on the specific information will have access to secured files.
• Roy Morgan will delete all copies of the files from our server and systems once the contracted work is complete.
• We request that the client provides us with an excel file that includes a unique customer ID and street address information. It should not include any customer names.

Helix Personas Terms & Conditions are signed by both Roy Morgan and the client, and are in place to ensure non-disclosure of client data. Below is from section 15. Confidentiality from the Terms & Conditions:

Each party agrees that:

• it will only disclose the Confidential Information of the other party to those of its Personnel who require access to it for the performance of this Agreement;
• it and its Personnel will only use of any Confidential Information of the other party for a purpose provided for under the Agreement;
• it and its Personnel will guard against the direct or indirect disclosure of the Confidential Information of the other party to any third person;
• it will not make or permit to be made any copies of any Confidential Information of the other party, in whole or in part, nor will it enter the Confidential Information of the other party into any database or other electronic storage system, except as expressly permitted under the Agreement;
• it will return all documents and other materials containing or relating to Confidential Information and will destroy all Confidential Information of the other party held in databases or electronic storage either immediately on receipt of a request from the other party or otherwise within 3 months of the information no longer being required.
